I am running EssentialsX for 1.13 and Spigot 1.14.1.
In my server, I tried to make an iron golem farm with about 100 villagers in it. But when I tried to move those villagers to the farm, they moved very very slow and took around 6 hours in real time and not yet moved in. They only moved about 3 blocks for 30 minutes. When I type the /lag command, it showed my server only had 0.5 TPS and running about 10000 ticks behind. If those villagers are the cause of the low TPS, then how can I make an efficient iron golem farm? 
Moreover, if I want to get the data from this world to transfer to another server that I am going to host, including me and my friends inventories, items in chests, and animals or villagers, is it possible? If so, how can I do that?
