my log is empty. its always empty i dont know why

ok so my server keeps crashing whenever i try to start it but the crash log doesnt make any sense.[Blocked Image: https://imgur.com/zic9qHa] I don't have any mods with that version on my server, so i have no idea whats going on or how to fix it and i'm really frustrated. please help!

ok so my server is currently 1.14.1 and i need to update it to 1.14.2. will i lose my progress in the server if i do this? i havent explored much outside of spawn and neither have my friends but we have built a few things there and dont want to lose them. if it does erase progress is there a way to change that? please help.
