Is there any way for other friends to start up my server? I have them in the whitelist and the OP list. Sometimes they want to play but I'm not around to start it, can I give them the ability to start my server?

My server won't update to 1.14.1 or 1.14.2. It is stuck in 1.14. 1.14 doesn't render chunks well or run smoothly, so it is a big problem for friends who join. Is there any way to update the server?
