Currently I am hoping to be able to make a server with pixelmon reforged that is also VR supported, but to my understanding pixelmon reforged is only accepted as a modpack. What I am hoping to find out is if I can install seperate mods while having a modpack downloaded, and if not what I could do to be able to make the server a reality.

Description: Allows for minecraft in Vr to properly work on servers, as well as letting other players see their movements.
I would also like to ask that you can implement all versions if possible, because they're sadly not backwards compatible and I need the 1.12.2
