Hi,
Currently, my server is having mob spawning issues in that there are very few mobs that spawn at night. I've had past experience with being on and creating servers and I know this is not normal. I expect it's a problem with the mob caps in the bukkit.yml file (which I cannot access), and I doubt that it's to do with my plugins (EssentialsX and One Person Sleep), but I'd love for someone to be able to step in and resolve the issue.
