Hello,
So I am running a Spigot 1.14.3 Server and everything is fine except no guardians will spawn. It worked fine prior to this update but i am unsure why it will not work now. Apparently a friend managed to get one to spawn in a farm that I made prior to the update but i have not seen any myself. I have found numerous other Ocean Monuments but none seem to spawn.
