The mod Vics modern wafare was updated a lot in the past and although they did not change the version name the latest update is from 3 months ago.
It has added a lot of content and it is avaible for 1.7.10.
The download link is in his discord I can however share it with you if you request it. (as I said the version name is still 2.0-0.2.5. They are aware of that)
