When I started a server I used version 1.13.2 because I'd heard that 1.14 had issues with crashing. But now I've heard of less and less issues with it and I want to upgrade the server to the newest version. If I upgrade it will new thing generate in the world? or will I have to start the world over again to get things like pillager towers and new villages? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Hi, I recently started a server and was wondering if this plugin could be added.
Advanced Teleport

It basically allows all the other players on the server access to the teleport commands as well as adding a few of its own. It's quite handy because if its installed then the admin won't have to keep teleporting everyone, because they can just do it themselves. Thanks in advance.
