So I did both of those things... Then I uploaded the original world (We got so far and if we lost it it would be devastating) Aaaaand... nope.

What the fuck, no one?

So me and my friend have been playing 1.14.3 survival on my server for about 2 weeks now, and just yesterday we started getting lots of lagback. Today, we tried to log on and we couldn't do anything but move around. Then after about 30 seconds of this it says "Timed Out". If either of us try to reconnect, it says "Encrypting" for a very long time, then it says "Timed out" again. Can anyone help?
