Hello, I wanted to play the SkyExchange modpack but after launching the server, the world didn't generate as it should. I tried regenerating and only reinstalling the modpack, but none of it helped.

The plugin is being removed after restart, so i need to install it again and again and again... , It is CraftHeads and Plugman

It days that It IS unknown command type /help for help.
But before restart It worked

I added plugins, after start It worked but when i restarted the server It no longer works even after 10 restarts. It was plugman, craftheads. I have spigot 1.8.
