The maximum slots value for any server is 2147483647. We don't see a reason to put an artificial limit on that

That modpack can not be installed on an Aternos server directly.
Even if you install all required mods in the correct versions, edit the configs etc. it probably wont start because it is too heavy. -

Managing and maintaining mods can be a lot of work and is not really worth it if no one is going to use them. There are a lot of mods with just a few downloads and removing this requirement would result in a lot more work.

Your serve took too long to start. The errors you see in that log might cause it to take longer but the modpack does start on other servers.
You could report these error messages to the mod author. -
