You'll have to upload the files in your worlds folder to the correct DIM folder

Magma uses forge's dimensions system.
You can find your world with a name like "Dimx" in your world folder, where x is a number

exaroton supports basically any file uploads. Aternos also supports some file uploads although plugins are not on that list

Then that's probably a problem with your internet connection

Is possible that the lag is caused by the chunks you're in?
Does the lag also occur when other players are in those chunks?
Have you tried deleting your playerdata?
