You have 2 options:
Option A:

1. Change your software to forge
2. Install the mods

Option B:

1. Publish your pack on a platform like curseforge
2. if its popular request it

I just noticed that that mod is not very popular and we dont have it (my mistake). Looks like you could use the mod forge essentials to do that (can be on normal forge or magma you dont need Luckperms)
