I'm pretty sure that no one from Aternos will ever join your server and ask you about lag. If they wanted to know they would check the server tps. You can look up minecraft accounts online and check whether or not a username exists.

What is the name of your world?

btw essentialsX has a /back command

from my experience that mod doesnt work on servers

the world includes inventories etc. Just make sure your server uses offline mode
