Didnt think about the option to have a start button on the server page if you allow that. I actually dont think its a bad idea.

1.You can just create a second acoount that can only start the server and give them the username and password.

2.If such a bot existed not only one person would use it.

3.An external link is not easier then 1.

first do a backup then do what Roman said. if it works again the last plugin you removed caused the problem. Now restore the backup and only delete that plugin
