i cant test it right now but if it was bugged for other people im sure i would know that

propably your launcher not loading mods/configs correctly

did you copy all files?

do you use the twitch launcher or a craked launcher?

There are propably a lot of entities etc. On your server. Generate a new world or try installing optifine

in that case it shouldnt happen. Make a backup to be sure

put it in a singleplayer world then follow the tutorial on how to upload a world

you are logged into the wrong google Account. Change your Account on google then login Aternos with google

friends can't use your headstarts

remove battletowers

provide the file you uploaded

try removing dynamic trees and see if that fixes the lag

share your log with the share button in the log section

search it on aternos and if its not there suggest it
