Aternos only adds mods from curseforge because implementing downloads from a new website is a lot of work

That is legally not possible due to copyright on the server files, plugins and mods

not that i know but if you have a backup you could get the worlds back.

try removing both mods and generating a new world.

The bigger problem is that flans uses addons wich aternos cant support. If you download a modpack to the server aternos doesnt install each mod separately but rather get the server files provided by the pack author
