that's because you are playing the pixelmon reforged MODPACK(includes bop) aternos cant add the mod because it's not on curseforge. If you want to play it either install the modpack in the technic launcher or download the correct version of bop to your client.

Plugins might be keeping you banned.

There might be multiple unban commands (/pardon, /unban ...) either delete all plugins or try to stop the server and remove yourself prom the banned player list.

Btw some of your plugins are missing dependecies.

Couldnt find a crash reason in there and it doesnt look like it hit the time limit.

besides switching to 1.14.2? No.

If you haven't played on the server before reinstall it with the reinstall button in the options section.

If you have make a backup and try if deleting the playerdata works.

I have no idea why it stopped. There is no crash reason in the log and it doesnt get anywhere close to the time limit.

its just some lags if you want to fix it I would highly suggest hosting on your own pc.
