The error seems related to p455w0rdslib / core remove that and any dependents then restart the server and see if the error persists.

I would suggest hosting yourself if you want to test your mods so you dont need to publish them or wait a few hours or even days.

Hosting really isnt that hard and if your testing your mods you will always be online to run your server.
