There is a reason why we require mods to be popular. Reviewing mods is a lot of work. If people like you decide to ignore our requirements and abuse our other systems like our forum, discord, support email etc. that creates even more work for us.

We put these limits there for very good reasons.

Exactly, if you have a google drive account linked you either already have a recent backup or you explicitly chose that you don't want automatic backups.

You could also just go to the website and download your world or create a backup yourself when you receive that email

Email attachments are very limited in size. Attaching your world to the emai doesn't work

We usually only offer the recommend and latest forge version for every Minecraft version.

In some cases we offer other special versions for a while when forge does major breaking changes.

Updating your forge version is usually not a problem.
