That seems to be the only modpack that has that file.

The seed is configured that way in the official server files and doesn't seem to change between versions.
Our system also uses the exact same seed.

Which modpack did you experience these issues on?
None of our packs have a "kubejs/minecraft/dimension/overworld.json" file.
I found 3 packs that have "kubejs/data/minecraft/dimension/overworld.json" but two of them should have a custom world either way.

This is currently not possible since that file and other files in the kubejs folder can be modified by modpack updates.

The seed and anything else that has something to do with the world should be stored inside the world folder.

If this causes weird world generation with each update of a modpack we can only remove modpacks that use this mod.

Report that to the modpack author.

something is probably still blocking some parts of the ad system. Make sure you don't have any tracking blockers enabled and don't have a network filter.

Did you follow our guide for setting up the voice chat mod on your server?
