That's a bug in the modpack. Either the nether is just broken in that modpack or it causes a huge amount of resource usage.

If you're willing to pay money you can already use tebex on exaroton or any other paid server host

mods with only alpha files basically don't exist on curseforge

Where does it say that?

The gametest module is not available on Aternos because it can be abused to create fake players.

Older versions of bedrock crash when you enable the "gametest" experiment without enabling that specific module

That modpack is no longer supported because of this issue.

This should be fixed now

Loading a backup overwrites your entire server. There's no way to undo that.
