So, it's happened over 3 days; 2 of which, our server lost everything but we still had backups of the server just barely luckily. What I'm talking about is the fact that the servers, without warning, closed on us while doing projects and would force us to wait until they're back up again while also having to deal with the queues.

3 days ago, we got at least 2-3 random shut downs, but the first 2 gave us a warning beforehand. The 3rd one after both of those gave no warning, I thought it was ok, then found out that EVERYTHING WAS GONE. I was close to having a panic attack and stressing the hell out cause I put a lot of effort into creating buildings, structures, farms and other things on it, before I finally got ahold of the server owner to rewind back to a previous save and our stuff was finally back. But that save was only there because I was idle doing work IRL and the server shut down.

1 day ago, I believe we got around 8+ non-warned shutdowns while doing stuff, and a lot of us were clearly and fairly annoyed while creating structures or trying to catch legendary pokemon- otherwise, we were lucky nothing bad happened. Queue today where we finally keep the server up for about 6-8 hours constantly while work hard, with difficulty and meticulously before suddenly "SUDDEN NO-WARNING SHUTDOWN". My friend- not the owner, joined and immediately panicked when everything was gone. The only autosave that was there was from one 6-8 HOURS AGO.

A lot of us are definitely frustrated, irritated, and stressed about this; while I'm not as miffed about this as they are as I found easier more efficient ways to create what I needed and am able to save a lot of time as such, the fact that over the course of 6-8 hours of gameplay not ONCE does the server force a backup while everyone's on the server is annoying, confusing and quite frankly painful to come and realise once this hit us, as now the 3 people who have access to it will have to manually back up your server every 5-10 minutes out of security in case the server decides to crash and/or delete itself. And to clarify, the 3 people, including myself in that number, are all from across the globe, and as such can't keep track for everyone.

The whole point of this post I'm making is so that maybe, if possible, make the Aternos system automatically backup servers every 10-60 minutes if they're still in use so that we don't have to bare dealing with having to manually back up your servers which run almost amazingly smoothly for almost everyone 75% of the time when we want to have fun and not act like an admin.

Your service is great, runs mostly well, and the fact that it's free is such an amazing accomplishment to work this well so far! But the lack of a auto-backup system that works while the player is playing on a openly multiplayer server can really hurt people's first time experiences- especially since we only started playing about a few weeks ago.

We appreciate you greatly for how easy some of your stuff is to run what we want, but the no-notice shutdowns on the server, random shutdowns of servers to improve the experience and lack of auto-backups kinda hurt the experience now and then.

A friend of mine going by the name hyperloony keeps on getting server problems trying to keep himself connected to my other friend's Pixelmon server.

We're all running on the same version of minecraft and Pixelmon Reforged, but ever since he joined the server for the first time he either can't stay on a server more than 2 seconds before getting disconnected or getting at least 5-10 minutes worth of gameplay in before DCing and getting the prior problems back for several minutes at a time spanning further than 10 minutes.

I don't have access to my other friend's servers console, so I'm left only trying to look up other forums to figure out what to do with really not much luck; I'm guessing the problem's similar to others, but since my friend's on holiday and not really available to give me access to his server's console, I'm stuck having to ask for help until I can give proper evidence on the problem.

Is this happening to anybody else?

Yes, I'd been forced a number of times to join using the DynIP; only recently have I not been having this trouble but when I do, I sometimes let other people join first restart my launcher to get it to stop asking me to connect via DynIP. But even then it still sometimes asks me to connect like so and it gets pretty infuriating.

Sometimes when I join my friend's server I end up losing all my waypoints.

I do own a proper Minecraft account and we were using your servers to run the Pixelmon Reforged modpack; at random times and days when I connect to the server I'll retain my gaming progress but lose all my waypoints- and even randomer times I somehow get them back??? But that's extremely rare and I end up almost always losing my waypoints.
