I receive around 30mbps download speed and around 1.5 upload speed. I do not think my internet is an issue here.

Hi guys,
I haven't been using Aternos for very long but I am loving what you people are doing.
My server is set to Australia, Sydney which is where I live and play in, as for my friends too. However, all of us are unable to get anything higher than 3 bars which I assume is more than 300 ping. Is there an explanation for this? There are also random lag freezes where 5-10 seconds of our progress is backtracked.
I want to know if there is a solution to these problems.
The server is in 1.14.4 and has a max of 5 people online at once. Thank you.
