Does that for me too, it should be for everyone. As far as I know the files should be left as they were before the outage, so no worries there I'd say. https://help.aternos.org/en/fileserver. It's late in germany right now however and I don't think they work 24/7, so you may have to wait for this issue to be resolved, but who knows.
