TekTopia is a modpack created by TangoTek, a very talented modder. TekTopia's goal is to make villages more important by making them a closed community with different villagers with different functions, like Farmer, Miner, or wacky ones like Druids and Clerics. He even created a refined pathfinding system for the new villagers since the one that is originally in Minecraft is not up to date. It's not currently out yet, but I feel it would be a good addition in the future. I'd totally recommend becoming a patron if you like his work.
