Is it common for servers to experience a rollback out of nowhere?

I logged today to my world and noticed that it didn't load the last state I played it on but something previous to it.

Any idea on why this happens?

Hello Aternos. I'm creating the post to ask you for the incorporation of a very simple Plugin that I have created. The functionality is very easy and the goal is to display the names of the items on ground.

It's a nice little addition for servers to know if it worth it to go for the items in ground as it allow to quickly know the amount of them.

It's also handy when harvesting Canes farms and Bamboo as this items are sometimes hard to spot.

Hope you consider adding it.
