I now tried out Vanilla and Spigot. Both let me connect like normal.
After that I tried out Paper again and it now works aswell.

I have no idea what the issue was but it's solved for some reason so thank you very much!

I just tried it. It doesn't work. I get the same error and sometimes it just says "Disconnect" after trying to connect.

I reinstalled my server but uppon connecting I get the same error again. My friends can connect without any errors

I cannot connect to my server, I get he following error:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Extrenuous data in: -1

For some reason, when I turn cracked to true I can join.

I don't remember doing or adding anything new. I just got this error out of a sudden.

It's the one in the middle on the left with the "Change the colour of the server chat!" text.

ChatColor seems good and it's available for 1.14

As far as I know, Endermites despawn after two minutes. Using a nametag on them will prevent them from despawning.
Restarting the server will not clear any mobs.
