I am not sure about the other versions of this mod but the mod page says it requires Fabric API as far as I can understand this is for 1.13.x or above as I managed to install this mod in 1.12.2 without fabric and it works fine

Placing rocks and branchs all over the world on top of grass blocks you can use these materials to make a crude axe and shovel. This mod is meant to be played with Dynamic Trees or TreeCapitator (which is avalible on Aternos) as the crude axe will let you take down five trees before breaking. And Bionisation 3 where digging with your bare hands can cause you to get infected

Quick Description: This leaves stick and stones on the ground which you can then use to build a pickaxe and an axe to cop down trees and to dig the soil it makes the game more relistic to play and it also make it harder because you cant just start punching trees to get wood you actually need to find sticks and stones.

I really do hope that MineMenu get accepted it has over 3.7 million download (so it is a well known mod) and I am relying on it to play Minecraft online it makes my life easier as I can acess the console command faster and I dont need to remember all of those commands!
