Alright thanks for your replies!What do you suggest to do?Should I just downgrade from 1.14.4 to 1.14.2?Will I lose anything if I do this?And would you choose spigot over paper or the opposite?Thanks again!

Soo hey everyone reading this thread.I moved to aternos recently everything seems fine until now.I noticed that mob spawning are non existing for real.My difficulty is set hard and only plugins that are used are MySkin .And btw I m using 1.14.4 Spigot.Any help will be appreciated!
EDIT : Just saw a post with similar issues and I switched to Paper andd mobs seems spawning but their spawn rate and radius they spawn is so frequent that really if i move 10 blocks from a spot a mob might appear ?Any idea?I just went back to Spigot for now.And a notice : Paper seems to have better view distance than spigot? Am I right?
EDIT2 : I immediatly noticesd almost the same thing now that I switched back to Spigot.Mobs spawn like 15 blocks away from me or less.Is there any command or smth?Thanks
