I try to run a server with even one mod and it just crashes and the log is usually empty but if i'm fast enough it'll tell me this

That problem is not caused by the lag or with a mod, it's just a Minecraft issue
Really, is there anyway to fix it? cus when i break the block it gives me nothing, signally that the game knows the block shouldn't exist yet its still there effecting my builds. if you know anyway or fix mod etc that would help that would be amazing

Please help, everytime i make a redstone flying machine it'll end up at random duplicating blocks breaking the machine if its a two way. the server is 1.12.2 and it is modded, i know its server lag not client lag because i doubt client lag effects the world, is there a way to either A. stop the lag or B. stop teh duplicating at least the lag doesn't really bother me
