can someone help me after starting my server it was good then i restarted it it shows this

it was 1.14.4 on my aternos dashboard but everytime i go to my server it says "outdated server im still on 1.12.2 check my screenshots, thank you

earlier and these past few days it only take like a few mins to start a server now it takes like 40mins and the server is so laggy

is this true
