there should be a way to make the server shut off time (when know one joins it for long enough) adjustable so you can make it longer or something

So aternos has worked perfectly fine in the past, but all of a sudden it stops working, when it says it's online, but in game it isn't and no one can join, I don't really how to fix this I tried the dyn ip, but it still does not work this happens with all my aternos servers even if I make a new one.
I've been searching for answers but so far nothing has been useful.
