I do not know how to unzip my file. Do you know how?

I cannot put it in my single player world because the file is a zip file when i download it so i tcannot go into the saves files where the single player is

Oh i downloaded it from the internet because i need a good bed wars map to use and the /flyspeed 10 doesn't work on the vanilla aternos server. Also how do you put it into single player?

Also it doesn't let me do /flyspeed 10

I already uploaded it to my aternos world but its just a big void

I cannot find my uploaded Bedwars map in the void anyone know how to find it?
