Can you make it possible? Server owners should be able to edit .yml files since we should be able to modify it in case of emergency or something to add on. (PaperMC has an anti x-ray inside its .yml file which is off in default and I can't edit because we don't have the option to open it.)

Its a simple and lightweight plugin to remove auto fishing in-game which it is a exploit to gain a lot of items through afk fishing.
