Oh, F for my server

Yesterday everything was fine on my server.
Today, when I started it, I realized that it started very fast,
Upon entering my server was different.
It all restarted! I went to the files, there were no plugins.
I went to worlds, there were only the 3 main ones.
Can something be done to recover my configuration

Hi Aternos Team, can you please add the following plugin?
I was looking for a Skywars plugin for Minecraft 1.14.4
I found one on the aternos plugin list (https://aternos.org/addons/a/spigot/3796) but it's outdated
, and I've checked the spigot page. 
I'm running spigot 1.14.4 (which does not supported by the plugin version).
This plugin is the exact same version as the official one available in aternos (4.1.3), but adds more features, fixes and 1.14 support!
