I just tried Vanilla and apparently more mobs appear, then I'll try Paper Software. Currently I do not have any plugin, only the SkinsRestorer that does not influence anything in entities, if I am not mistaken.

Yes, it is in difficult hard mode, in the upper left you can read "Dificil" which means Hard in English.

And yes, I restarted the server about 3 times, the problem would now be water and redstone

I dont know how, but i make some mobs spawns somehow, but now I have an error with the bucket of water, when putting it anywhere, i only got 1c of water is generated on the site

why don't hostile mobs spawn on my server? i already did /gamerule doMobSpawningRule true and doesnt works, i only have SkinsRestorer plugin, am on Spigot software and its on peaceful difficulty, i went to the end but everything goes well there, the same in the nether, only happens in the overworld, what can i do? version 1.14.4 btw
