So everyone on my friends server has a very good connection (5 green bars on the player list), but we are all lagging very much. Is there any way to fix it?

I think something is with your Internet connection.

I think it's just a bug. Have you tried restarting your server?

I think you should try disabling plugin by plugin to see what plugin stops doing that.

I don't know very much about how to fix the Redstone issue .

P.S. When the mobs still won't spawn then I recommend reading this article I just found:

Try Vanilla instead of Spigot, I got the same problem with the mobs not spawning a year ago and I fixed it by just setting the software from Spigot to Vanilla.

Hope this works!

Edit: When the Vanilla won't work, then try the Paper Software.

Make sure that the difficulty is not Peaceful, because then the mobs don't spawn.

And have you tried restarting your server?

You mean your Minecraft crashes or the server? Because if your Minecraft crashes always on y9, then there's something wrong with it. If the problem continues, then reinstall your Minecraft.

I don't think this is the server fault.

Go to the Options tab and make sure that the NPCs and Animals are checked.
