Hey, does anyone have a template for bPermissions groups.yml (bPermissions, and the other 2 other needed plugins for bPermissions are my only plugins) I need one that fits with those being my only plugins. I am on Spidget/Bukkit

I downloaded bPermissions, and cannot open the JAR file it gave me after downloading in the "Files" Section. Is there anyway of fixing this?
