can you please add the Mod "True Darkness"?

True Darkness is a mod that makes dark areas completely black, instead of having a minimum light level (moody). This encourages having to bring torches in caves and at night.
And yes, i know it's a fabric mod. I don't know if you accept fabric mod requests at the moment since the fabric software is hidden.
