your mods are overloading the server
I understand, but are they exactly some mods? Yes, which ones? Or is it the quantity. Because I created a server forge in 1.14.4 and had put twice as many mods, and that was not overloaded.

Hi. I honestly still can't solve this problem, I had asked for help before and they didn't help me, so I come back to you to see if a solution is possible. The software version is: Forge 1.12.2 (14.23.5.2847).
Each time the server starts correctly, a message like this appears repeatedly: "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 4476ms behind, skipping 89 tick (s)", approximately every 30 seconds. I have tried removing all the mods, and yet the same message appears, not so frequently, in this case it is between 5 minutes and 8 minutes, but it appears. I can't solve this
My internet connection is quite good, I have no problems with lag in other games and / or applications.

Hi! I have a server with the software for mods, the problem is that when I add mods to play with my friends, it gives me lag, and the following message appears every so often: "[Server thread / WARN] [minecraft / MinecraftServer]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 3832ms behind, skipping 76 tick (s) ".
I assumed it was some mod, so I removed all the mods and started it without any, yet the message appears to me and there is still lag, something that does not happen with the vanilla software.
My internet connection is very good, I guess that isn't the problem.
