So I was looking for this Plugin (PlayerSimulator) and it was not there, so I checked the Plugin/Mod/Modpack Request page to see if someone else had already requested it.
It turns out, someone already requested it, but it was denied with no comment why.
So I decided to request for the plugin and see why it was denied.
This might help some other people understand why too.
