Then how come the stuff is still broken on aternos, but other servers it works perfectly?

Basically without the patch on aternos' version, the broken things won't fix.

Pixelmon generations devs released the fix after 2.8.3 was released. I asked them about the issue and they sent me it. Aternos updated to 2.8.3, but the fix/patch isn't on there. Other servers, such as single player and multiplayer servers, all work normally as they have the patch/fix, but aternos still doesn't have it. The dev sent me the jar that fixes the issues I talked about, so I think Aternos needs to use the jar on their pixelmon software so the issues can be resolved.

So I talked with a developer on Pixelmon Generations about an issue within aternos' modpack for the update 2.8.3. Basically the issue is many of the PC's and Trade Machines aren't working, however they built a jar fix for this.
