I've seen many people who desire this modpack to be added. I understand that this may be a very long process, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to throw my hat into the ring. Last I've checked, the creator has made new server pack files that should be up-to-date as well.

Dragon Block Apollo is a Dragon Ball modpack. It features most of the powers, abilities and traits as the original show and it's successors (see Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super). There's not much else to say.
