I have a Schematic downloaded form online. I want to upload the Schematic to my world through world edit(plugin). But the are no option to upload in your site. How can i upload it

Thats false. RAM dopends on your software and version.
one should not affect the other. What error do you get if you try to connect?

Generally you provide 1900 mb ram. Can we increase the ram allocation. Because i use many plugins. So i cant connect to my server.
