I have copied the Mods and Configs into my minecraft's mods and config folders respectively
I am unsure of what you mean by "etc."
As this is my first time downloading a Modpack, i simply followed the steps i took when downloading individual mods.
Are there additional steps necessary when it comes to downloading modpacks as compared to individual mods?

i have downloaded the Modpack named:
However, it seems as though i am missing certain mods from the modpack.
But as far as i am aware, i have no means of accessing RLCraft Modpack accessed by the Aternos server.
Simply put, i have no idea what mods does the server is using.
Without the information above, i am unable to confirm if i have downloaded the necessary mods.

I'm trying to download the RLCraft Modpack:

RLCraft modpack works fine on singleplayer offline games
But when i try to enter my server, i receive
"Fatally Missing Registry Entries"
or
"Internal Exception: com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException:Recipe minecraft:snow_layer(new.minecraft.item.crafting.ShapedRecipes@11a7840f)produces unregistered item minecraft:snow_layer (net.minecraft.item.ItemSnow@42b500aa)"
