So i recently joined my server on 1.14 with friend and server had 16.000 ping we couldnt pick up any blocks and we would eat food for 5 seconds.This never happened before please help me so i can play again normally

Server lag

I had a really nice survival server with a lot of buildings a lot of hours are spent on this server and aternos deleted everyone from server and now when we enter server we spawn somewhere and we cant find our town that we built please help me!!
