The server files have 2 identical files named "'forgemod_VoxelMap-1.9.16_for_1.12.2.jar". Remove one, and try to run the server

I was wondering if the theres any way of shortening the waiting for your server to start? It's really a pain to wait 100+ Minutes for your server to start, especially if it crashes.
