i tried to delete essentials XMPP but it didn't work

Description: This plugin prevents 0-tick farming of Sugar Cane, Bamboo, and Cactus. 0-Tick Farm's work by the player moving the source block in and out of place constantly to trick minecraft into thinking it was just placed, Therefore making farm materials grow near instantly. This plugin stops that by checking if there is a plant on the block, and blocking it from being pushed.

Hi! I am experiencing this problem right now that i haven't experienced before in my server
when i log in my 1.14.4 PaperBukkit server it says Disconnected or Lost Connection, sometimes it says Java Exception problem....

i haven't experienced this before and i thought its because i used many plugins so i decided to delete some unimportant but still not worked
