This mod adds literally anything imaginable about skeletons. It adds 4 new ores (1 in overworld, 1 in all biomes, 2 in the nether) and adds a lot of building blocks related to them. It also adds new drops from strays, wither skeletons and zombie pigman. It adds 2 new armor types and tools and some items with different uses. (and 3 new flowers, but whatever)
This mod hasn't gotten above 200 downloads, however it was only created 5 days ago, and there's a lot of content in this mod already, so i wouldn't be surprised if it had gotten popular in near future.

This mod makes it so the players and all passive mobs have a small regeneration boost when staying close to a campfire... and that's it.

It adds a bunch of different biome-specific versions of vanilla structures to the game, so for example, you can literally see nether fortressed made of stone bricks in jungle biomes, and dungeons have a lot of variety too.

This mod adds a ton of undead mobs. Way too many of them. This mod tries to solve a main problem with vanilla; Not enough variation in mobs. It adds zombies for cold biomes, underground, swamp, nether, desert temples, hot biomes and oceans. It manages to stay loyal to vanilla and brings a whole new challenge and variation to zombies. It plans to add even more content in the future.

So, this mod adds a ton of vanilla friendly high-nutrition food items that don't depend on killing animals. It stays loyal to vanilla while adding so much content. I don't know how to explain this any better.

So, aternos recently had a dark mode. Very nice, finally, after years... but, it has a small problem. It's not really ok.
The button colors remain the same. The sidebar and the top bar is too bright compared to the rest. It just hurts the eye. Here's my take on the dark theme:
Less difference between the sidebar and the rest, it's way darker, button colours actually match the dark theme etc.

Make sure the endermite is spawned with a thrown ender pearl, instead of with a spawn egg. Endermen ignore endermites that are spawned with spawn eggs.
